We are looking for candidates for our
Managerial Development Program in the Supply Network Operations/Logistics Department
Duration: 6-12 Months Managerial Development Program
Work schedule: flexible time

In P&G Logistics, you will be:
-A leader of the supply chain, able to balance sales forecasts/orders, inventories and production constraints to ensure the right product is delivered to the right place on time and at the proper cost.
-A problem solver able to forecast customer demand, manage information flows from orders, shipments and invoices and own the physical distribution process from Distribution Center to the customer’s shelf.
-An analytical thinker with in-depth business and market dynamics understanding who is able to analyze data, identify key insights and set priorities, becoming an expert of a specific category.
-An integrator between various P&G’s internal departments and external logistics partners, acting as an advocate of our customers and suppliers.
-A risk taker able to take ownership of big, meaningful projects from Day 1 and who would benefit from changing assignments within our development program.
What we are looking for:
-Students of 4-5th year or fresh alumni of Master Programs
-Very good level of Polish and English
-Excellent MS Office Package skills (especially MS Excel)
Additionally, our ideal candidate has:
-Strong leadership skills and ability to make things happen, gained in a variety of roles during educational and professional experience.
-Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, gained by participating in educational and skills based trainings and workshops and/or analyzing and reporting data within academia or previous roles.
-Willingness to innovate and take risks, demonstrated in taking responsibility and ownership over projects and processes in past roles.
-Ability to adapt and succeed in a variety of assignments, demonstrated by versatility of roles undertaken in the past and aspirations to improve and challenge themselves.
-Outstanding communication skills, gained while working in teams and cooperating with retailers, customers, colleagues and supervisors.
