This role full time role is part of the Logistics Purchases Organization, that is responsible for our Warehousing, Transportation, Customization, and Pallets spend across the European region. The Successful candidate will have the chance to influence directly & indirectly a spend of approx. 300$MM within Europe, and will have direct responsibility for specific markets within Europe. The work will require close partnership with the product supply leadership, the Physical Distribution Operation teams, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Purchases.
The successful candidate will be leading major interventions and business transformations are underway in the area of warehousing taking place in the logistics areas. We continuously look for ways to innovate within our space, and therefore the successful candidate will have the chance to be part of this work. Some innovative business models could include but not limited to Multi-User Warehousing, or Collaborative Distribution Networks.

The job scope includes:
Employees in our Purchasing department are responsible for sourcing the Company's multi-billion dollar requirements for goods and services needed to produce world-class consumer products.
You will be working with a team, typically responsible for spending more than 300$MM annually. Areas of responsibility can range from sourcing warehousing, customization, to pallets and handling platforms. With the support of your manager, daily training and coaching, you will manage your desk and become the commercial expert, recognizing and developing opportunities as you link P&G strategies and business needs to our base of suppliers outside the Company. You will participate in market analysis, uncovering of business-building and cost-saving opportunities, development and implementation of innovative sourcing strategies, solving of supply problems, conduct of supplier inquiries and negotiations.

·Fresh Graduates of Master Studies
·Very strong leadership, agility, creative thinking and collaborative attitude
·Operational discipline, decisiveness, external focus and entrepreneurial spirit
·Analytical and problem solving skills, excellent communication
·Fluency in English writing and communication.
·IT skills (basic programming and advanced macro knowledge)
·Excellent MS Office Package skills (especially MS Excel)
