Consumer Relations Manager - TW



P&G serves consumers around the world with one of the strongest portfolios of trusted, quality, leadership brands, including Pampers®, Tide®, Ariel®, Always®, Whisper®, Pantene®, Oral-B®, Olay®, Head & Shoulders®, Gillette® and SK-II®. The P&G community includes operations in approximately 70 countries worldwide.

You will start with 1st year scope of TW Consumer Relations and may extend to HKTW Consumer Relations in 2nd or 3rd year.

  • Deliver superior Consumer Experience for the assigned Category/market, and also ensure all other key consumer service targets well met.
  • Knowledge, Handling guidelines and Training.
  • Fulfillment Management.
  • Quality Control
  • Escalation Management and Issue/Crises Management.
  • Identify opportunities/lead to grow users and drive Brand & Consumer Advocacy with business partners
  • Ownership of the following specialist areas to build the whole Consumer Care capability and operation efficiency



  • More than 3 years of working experience
  • Consumer Service management experience is preferred but not required
  • Marketing/PR experience is a plus


  • Fluent in English Writing and Oral.
  • Possess high maturity and strong communication skills
  • Execute With Excellence: able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Work with a high degree of flexibility especially during Issue/Crises Management.
  • Build positive relationships across function, business partners and vendor partners.
  • Love being ‘in touch’ with consumers and close to business priorities.
