Assistant Brand Manager - Marketing Department

Brand Management, is a one of P&G’s core functions behind the success of our business. A career in Brand Management at P&G involves combining world-class marketing mastery with business leadership to create and build brands that improve consumers' lives.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver the annual brand plan

Recommend investment and budget choices and manage brand budget

Deeply understand consumer behaviours, customers, competitors, influencers, markets & anticipate trends and recommend competitive response plans

Ensure on-time and relevant brand (incl. innovation) elements to win in the market place

Lead consistency of in-market execution of brand iconic assets (artwork, e-content, TV copy, POSM, etc.) across all touch-points

Able to turn insight into tactical actionable plans

Committed to behaving ethically valuing cultural sensitivity & diversity

Proactive, takes initiative & is a highly motivated self starter

Good written and communication skills

Qualifications

Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree with good academic results

Strong skills in leadership, and excellent spoken and written communication

Good command of the English language

0-3 years working experience

Have a passion for winning

Be willing to face a new challenge every day
