Part Time Jobs for University Students in Human Resources

As an intern in Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function. This is not your typical HR internship – you will have truly meaningful projects to work on.

At this internship, your projects will deliver leading edge deep understanding in areas such as benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, recruiting, training, and development.


Standard Minimum Qualifications

  • Active student of a University Degree with 6 to 18 months to graduation date.

  • Fluency (level B2 or above) in English language.

  • Elegible to work in Costa Rica.

  • Previous Human Resources experience will be a plus.

    Just so you know

    • Our internship program provides paid assignments of 6 to 12 months while you work on projects that provide exposure to current issues within the Company.

    • We are located in Pozos de Santa Ana Area in San José.

    • We offer a competitive salary of approximately 840,000 CRC and a benefit package that includes Life and Medical Insurance, Free transportation, and more.

    • We love flexibility. You can arrange your work schedule based on your school needs (20 to 40 hours per week).
