Our Engineers are responsible for inventing, reapplying and developing technologies, required to support the production process of our world class consumer products, its multi-generational evolution and for managing the company's multi-million dollar capital Investments.
You will typically start as a Technical Engineer, with specific responsibilities on a key project that will involve part or all of the following, depending on the size and complexity of the project: Define and evaluate technical options for achieving business objectives. Study technical feasibility and capital cost of proposed changes. Prepare a design basis for the project, based on engineering studies, high end computer modeling and simulation, economic evaluations and consultations with Manufacturing, Research & Development and other contributing groups. Simulate, develop and supply new equipment. Specify and conduct acceptance tests on equipment purchased from vendors. Verify new equipment and systems, including the design and management of testing procedures based on statistical techniques. Lead new equipment start-ups in the production plants and train the production teams. Solve equipment problems working closely with production staff on new or existing operations. You will also do the detailed planning for your project.

You have clear project responsibilities of your own and are involved in other projects that stretch your engineering abilities. You will work in professional and entrepreneurial cross-functional teams in one of the company's major business categories. You will be given increased levels of responsibility based on your proven capability to produce outstanding.
Opportunities exist for both experienced (typically 1-3 years) applicants and those starting their careers.
Additionally, given the trend of the industry, an experience and/or an interest in computer aided engineering will be considered as an asset.
You will be able to demonstrate leadership capability, the ability to work effectively with others, and practical experience applying your engineering skills competently. You will be self-starting, fluent in English with possibly another language, and will want an international career.

Summary of Requirements:
- Minimum education of Ing. / Eng. / Dipl. Ing. / Masters with good academic results and technical background.
- Strong skills in leadership, and excellent in communication.
- Good command of English, Czech is an advantage
