The Go-to-Market regional leader’s objective is to drive value, usage, and operational excellence of Business Management Analytic solutions. Solutions are focused on following decision areas: Price & Portfolio, Forecast Accuracy & Sufficiency, Media Optimization, and Competitive Intelligence. The role will develop an individual on multi skills areas; Data & Analytics Skills, Application & Integration Skills, IT Foundation Skills, GBS Skills as well as Commercial Business Processes to name a few. The individual will also be expected to participate in business partner’s regional capability steering teams, identify and leverage a business-unit champion and be part of actual commercial business process immersions.
·Analytical Skills: Deep technical Master of Capabilities – Knowledgeable of BIS capabilities and how to apply to Business use cases. Possess broader knowledge on technical details of E2E Solution delivery process from data loading, transformation, to delivery.
·Training: Skilled in delivering hands-on Solution training, customized for specific Business unit. Able to deliver training: In depth knowledge of solutions. Can teach individuals or groups and advise users on how to best apply for their needs to drive value.
·Communication: Communicate well with customers face to face, on phone, and email/forum postings. Communicate on regular basis to target user groups to maximize capability value.
·Agility: Ability to explain standard process and usage of capabilities, with agility to listen and understand the business problem and how best to apply to those specific needs.
·Build Business Knowledge: Ability to learn business knowledge for Regional Business Units, and processes in order to connect the business with how best to apply analytical solutions.
·Client Management - Work closely with customers to understand BU priorities, needs, and issues, and how to apply Business Management solutions. Includes working with multi-functional leadership at Director/AD level.
·Preferable academic background related to careers of IT
·Strong leadership skill by envisioning, direction setting and problem solving; creativity & innovation; initiative & follow-through; communication; and priority setting.
·5 to 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence
