The supply chain business intelligence analyst will work directly with the supply chain leadership team on the most important priorities for the region. It will be responsible of driving supply network design and supply network optimization analytics on multiple areas: physical distribution, plant & distribution centers optimal locations, supply chain synchronization, among others, through optimization models and NPV analysis. Also, it will drive systemic assessment of top opportunities on material costs, inventory and service levels. This regional role provides the opportunity to work across different markets.

As a Business Analyst, you will transform the business to enable better decision-making through the usage of advanced analytics. You will be the primary evangelist to the business for the power of predictive analysis and develop or scale business cases to illustrate the “step-change” in decision-making that occurs when you begin to anticipate what will happen, versus just reflecting on what has occurred.
Technically Capable: P&G Business analysts “get their hands dirty”, leveraging data visualization (Spotfire), and analytic tools (R, SAS, JMP, Python, etc) to grasp the business building insights in our mountains of data. You should be adept at leveraging such technologies for solving ad hoc business problems, innovating on potential future solutions, and working with technology partners to translate your innovations into robust, scaled, analytic solutions.
·4-10 years of Analytics or Data Science industry experience
·Practical experience and/or degrees in Statistics, Operation Research, Systems Engineering, Applied Math, Analytics.
·Demonstrated success in leveraging advanced analytic techniques priority (Machine Learning, Data Mining, Optimization, Simulation, etc), effective leadership, problem solving, and Strong English communication (presentation, written, and listening) skills
·Excellent collaboration skills working across diverse organizations and teams
·Desire/passion to transform how decisions are made through analytics and data science
