Product Supply Function - Greater China I-trade PO Management Planner / Department Admin - Guangzhou, China


This role will be mainly responsible for:

  1. Be responsible for all import/export related 3PL/4PL/carrier/suppliers ‘s Purchase Order creation and Good Receive management.
  2. Customers CIQ (China Import inspection quarantine) /CDN (customs delivery note)/Duty note monthly collection and send to Sales team.
  3. e-CIQ (China import inspection quarantine) report upload into Government website.
  4. Department Admin (Leader’s calendar management, travel/event management, meeting schedule etc.).

  1. Well communication skill
  2. Proficient in excel/word software
  3. Proficient in English writing/reading and can handle basic communication with English
  4. Good data sense and logic analysis
  5. Skill in operation priority setting and can maintain good performance under pressure
  6. Basic knowledge on international trade
