We are looking for you to join Information Technology function as Associate IT Manager. This is a management entry level position whose scope of responsibility includes strategy, systems development, implementation, maintenance and governance of the Company’s business applications.

Jobs include: Application Engineer/Manager, IT Operations Manager, Solution Manager, Service Manager and Project Manager.

General Description:

As an entry-management level Associate IT Manager in P&G Information Technology function, you will be assigned in a specific business domain (e.g. Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, IT Infrastructure etc.), partnering with multi-functional & vendor resources to resolve specific business problems by applying information technology. You will be leading the effort of business process transformation, project management and application lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Solution Delivery

Lead business transformation and solution delivery that supports well-defined business objectives by leveraging on technology. Effectively influence business leadership alignment on the transformation.

  1. Understand and analyze existing business processes.

  2. Understands business requirements and effectively collaborate with multi-function team to translate business needs and process into technical requirements and specifications.

  3. Be accountable for the value /success of the final solution as proposed in the business case

Project Management

  1. Lead a project team with multi-function and vendor resources. Be accountable for project success by strong project management skill, e.g. scope, budget, time and quality management.

  2. Own project success criteria and business value realization.

  3. Manage the delivery of requirements documents, use-case documentation, prototypical user experiences, test plans, and rollout communications

Application Management & Enterprise Architecture

  1. Provide technical and thought leadership on system architecture, application integration and development initiatives. Actively participates in the development of technical architecture for assigned systems and projects

  2. Connect externally, evaluate new technologies and identify the benefit business case for using new technologies.

  3. Manage complex software development and integration technology projects in a fast paced, constantly changing dynamic environment.

  4. Manage IT vendor partners to ensure timely, quality and cost effective delivery of solution and services.

  1. Strong team leadership and ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external resources at all levels of the organization (working effectively with peers, vendor-partners, senior management, multi-functional team both internally and externally).
  2. Strong problem solving skills, technical/analytical skills and ability to multi-task and balance different sets of priorities.

  3. Ability to engage in senior level technology decision discussions related to business value and the end-to-end information technology lifecycle.

  4. Demonstrated competency/mastery in one or more fields of IT technology (ERP, Application Management, Database Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, CRM, Mobility and others) and have demonstrated learning agility to learn and apply the latest technologies.

  5. Bachelor degree or abvoe.

  6. Proficient written and oral Mandarin and English communication skills are required in this global environment
