The Executive Care Technical Advisor is the single point of contact and accountable for supporting the P&G Executives and their Executive Assistant’s. The Technical Advisor is responsible for technical support, including communications during support, and expected to deliver at a high level. The TA will own customer satisfaction and ensure maximum technical productivity. The TA anticipates and proactively addresses the technical needs of the Executive and their administrator.
The TA is a highly visible role with significant responsibilities requires previous experience in deskside support and is best suited to individuals who enjoy creating a delightful experience for others. The TA roles offers a unique opportunity to interact and form relationships with the most senior leaders of P&G.
The successful candidate for this role will be able to thrive in daily interaction with top officers in the company and their executive administrators. The will provide basic support of GBS and IT services and build a level of trust to enable more strategic business transformation opportunities. The need to be able to troubleshoot basic IT and other issues and escalate to the appropriate GBS resources for more complex issues owning the issue until resolution.
End to end ownership; leadership & accountability; personal mobility (be ready to travel to executive’s home within 50-mile radius of the GO); ready to help 24X7, as the life of the executive demands. Job requires the employees to be in the offices every work day (Cincinnati GO, Mason, or Winton Hill as needed).
