Your Organization & Mission
The Research and Development Division (R&D) is responsible for inventing and designing for market breakthrough product, process, raw materials and packaging technologies, which provide delightful and winning brand experiences to our consumers around the world.

The Ideal Candidate
In this job you will have an opportunity to touch many of our brands through the development of new materials that increase the performance of P&G’s products. This role involves working in a chemical synthesis lab assisting senior scientists in the development of new materials through characterization, performance evaluation, and the different aspects of synthesis. This role will also provide an opportunity to build your expertise in these area such that you can increase your contributions over the years.

Qualifications
Associate's Degree is Chemistry is preferred (including courses in Organic Chemistry).
