Operations are the core of the P&G supply chain, designed and built to satisfy millions of customers every day. This department is the living heart of the “control tower” managing many different plants working for P&G, ensuring that each order can be fulfilled, that every product satisfies the P&G quality standards, and that the most optimized supply network is delivering day after day excellent results. We offer challenging and exciting positions, where you can expect to be in charge of one or more plants, acting as a site leader or an initiative manager with responsibilities from day one. You will coordinate from A to Z the relations with the supplier, and be in charge of maintaining and improving the supply chain, while respecting the timings of a Fast Moving Consumer Goods leader. You’ll need to act honestly, ethically, and to be collaborative and proactive in all manner. Multifunctional teams will be your daily life, and you will need to be able to engage the right resources to deliver the best possible results.
P&G sets high sustainability targets for all its plants, and you’ll be in charge of taking this into account in your projects.

- Graduate degree
- Strong interest/experiences in the supply chain/Manufacturing field
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
- Fluency in English & hold EU residence or valid EU visa or work permit
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong personal drive & high level of own initiative
- Opportunities exist for recent graduates or candidates with up to 3 years working experience
