Engineering - Mechanical / Chemical / Process / Industrial Engineers in Brussels, Belgium (m/f)


As P&G Engineers, we are responsible for inventing, developing and reapplying technologies required to support the production process of our world class consumer products. We are also managing the company's multimillion dollar capital investments. To sustain our leading position in an increasingly innovative environment, our fully automated plants are constantly renewed based on in-house technology developments and use of the most advanced technologies.
Within the Engineering department, you will be in charge of the following items on a key project:

  • Define and evaluate technical options for achieving business objectives
  • Study technical feasibility and capital cost of proposed changes
  • Prepare a design basis for the project, based on engineering studies, high end computer modeling and simulation, economic evaluations and consultations with Manufacturing, Research & Development and other contributing groups
  • Specify and conduct acceptance tests on equipment purchased from vendors
  • Lead new equipment start-ups in the production plants and train the production teams
  • Solve equipment problems working closely with production staff on new or existing operations

Your first assignment provides you the opportunity to immediately contribute to the business, while developing your professional skills. You will have clear project responsibilities of your own, and will be involved in other projects that stretch your engineering abilities. Functional and corporate trainings will accelerate your development, and you will receive valuable mentoring. You will be given increased levels of responsibility based on your proven capability to produce outstanding results.


  • Minimum of newly graduate from a Master in Chemical / Process / Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical / Environmental Engineering with good academic results & with a maximum of 3 years of previous work experience
  • Fluent in English & hold EU residence or valid EU visa or work permit
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with others
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Willingness to take on responsibility
  • High level of own initiative, very autonomous way of working
  • Interest in developing into an international career
  • Additionally, an experience and/or an interest in computer aided engineering will be considered as an asset.
